Note;
I was known under one’s previous name of Mr Sean Zag while undergoing chemotherapy treatment for leukaemia at University College Hospital in London & also while under their Reproductive Medicine Department (the option of storage of a quantity of one’s sperm was offered in the event that the chemotherapy caused infertility).
As it transcribed & after post-treatment tests were carried out, it was determined that one’s fertility was not affected by these treatments.
